Edouard Cazaux

céramiste – sculpteur Art-Déco

At the heart of the interwar years decades and their aesthetic, political and social unprecedented upheavals, Cazaux was plowing his own furrow using his profession of sculptor and ceramicist. He had to accept to be marginalised regarding the avant-gardes in the name of tradition and to preserve a hand-crafted savoir-faire in the post-war world where industrial production was necessary.
